Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization :
To drive profitable and sustainable market share growth within assigned Strategic Accounts and categories while respecting the image of the Adidas Brand.
Key Responsibilities :
- To represent the assigned account(s) internally as an ambassador towards all functions and vice versa and manage all areas in the scope.
- To develop and purpose the account strategies, formalize them by Strategic Account Plans and get sign-off by the direct superior.
- To sell-in and agree on sell-out support and formalize this by Wholesale Activation Plans.
- To monitor sell-out and the order book continuously and ensure reliable and cost-efficient supply for the account.
- To support negotiation and enforcement of adidas Group trade terms.
- Ensure perfect campaigns execution (launches and commercials) in cooperation with Marketing and DPC teams.
- Push the digital channels of the assigned Strategic Account through continuous advice on brand positioning and strategic plans that seek the success of our brand in the e-commerce of our customers.
- Drive specific sell-ins and range extensions for online.
- Ensure best in class merchandising actions focused on products visualization, rankings visibility.
- Regularly give feedback of the respective account into the Cluster DPC team to help drive best-practice & consistency in our approach across Europe

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :
Strong interpersonal skills : Very good communications and negotiating abilities as well as high presentation, relationship management and facilitation skills.
High influence capability.
- High analytical skills for strategy development and business planning.
- Commercial and business acumen knowledge (e.g. sales, trade marketing, finance and controlling).
- Knowledge of the universe Digital Commerce : Experience working with digital metrics & a history of leveraging these to increase sales performance).
Experience with online search (e.g. SEA / SEO, On-Site search etc.) and basic understanding of e-Commerce search mechanisms.
- Strong decision taking and determination and shows high initiative and pragmatism to the business.
- Proactive mentality with curiosity and desire to learn. Dynamic, motivating, and entrepreneurial minded with an internal drive to continuously hit goals and deadlines.

- Fluent Spanish and English.
- IT skills : Advanced MS Office Skills. SAP knowledge is an added plus.
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications :
- University degree in business with sales or marketing focus.
- Specialist : Minimum 2 years of sales experience within large sales organisations, ideally in apparel / fashion / shoes or Consumer Goods.
- Manager : Minimum 5 years of sales experience as Key Account Manager with proven track record of successfully managing Key Accounts in large sales organizations , ideally in apparel / fashion / shoes or Consumer Goods.
- Exposure : Sports, Marketing, Supply Chain.
