Responsibilities
- Support the team to develop and sustain strong partner relationships by providing relevant support services to hotel partners (room types, rates, promotions, availability, and content).
- Ensure the partner hotels product (content, rates, and availability) is consistently optimized and competitive on the external sites by operating internal portals to maximize the customer experience.
- Resolve all issues related to payment, allotment, notification, cancellations, etc.
- Execute effectively based on KPI metrics (targets, goals, and strategic objectives) set by the team.
- Communicate with hotel partners on behalf of
- Participate in market and competition research. Prepare business reports as necessary.
- Coordinate with other departments in the assigned projects.
- Manage other ad-hoc requests and operative tasks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or the above, majoring in Business, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates or 1-year relevant working experience in e-commerce or hotel (Front Office / Reservation / Revenue / Yield Management etc.) is preferred.
- Good command of both English and Spanish. (Knowledge in Mandarin Chinese will be a plus)
- Legally authorized to work in Spain.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Strong logical thinking and data analytics capability. Structured mindset and problem-solving skills required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Fast learner and able to work independently.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, self-motivated, high sense of responsibility, and a good team player.
- Strong flexibility and resilience in adapting to fast-changing work environments or demands.
