About the job ️
You will be the driving force behind our expansion to DACH market, and you will help us replicate the traction we’re seeing in the BeNeLux.
This means acquiring new clients, managing relationships with them, and adapting our offering where necessary.
With our powerful lead generation service at your disposal, you will get us new business by leveraging your ability to ask the right questions, build business cases, deliver killer pitches and create winning proposals.
You will also manage relationships with the customers you’ve acquired and help them where needed.
Since we’re only starting with DACH market, you will help us understand if and how we need to adapt our offering, and approach to the market.
You shouldn’t be surprised if you’ll be asked to help with some other things, as we’re a small team.
Responsibilities
Host discovery calls, give demos, consult prospects on sales strategies
Draft proposals and get them signed
Reach out to and pitch to prospects you found yourself or from your network
Manage relationships with clients you’ve acquired
Give feedback and iterate our acquisition strategy for the market
Support your colleagues where it's needed
Who we are looking for
3+ years of experience in new business development, including closing deals
Understanding of ecosystem of b2b lead generation, b2b marketing, sales tools
Excellent communication and soft skills
Curiosity and drive
Readiness to work 100% remotely and have digital only contacts with your team
Tech-savviness. We use dozens of digital tools. You need to master them quickly.
Native German, Fluent English. Dutch and other languages give you bonus points.

Market-based base salary
