In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, leading a team of AEs, and contributing to our company's success. Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of AEs, providing guidance, coaching, and support to help them achieve and exceed sales targets.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Sales Performance: Monitor and analyse your team's performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Sales Training: Conduct sales training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members, ensuring they are equipped to succeed.
Sales Forecasting: Provide accurate and reliable sales forecasts to assist in business planning and decision-making.
Market Insights: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other teams, including Marketing, Product, and CX, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Client Acquisition: Lead by example and actively contribute to client acquisition efforts, including prospecting, pitching, and closing deals.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales leadership, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent leadership and team-building skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive sales strategies.
- Strong knowledge of the industry and market trends.
- Results-oriented with a customer-focused approach.
- Native level of German and proficient in English
