Introducing smoke-free products shifts the focus of our entire business. We’re fast moving from a B2B to a B2C model and our newly created Customer Centric Organization (CCO) team is driving that commercial transformation.

Their Purpose Marketing Manager, reporting into the Senior Manager SFP CI, is accountable for the P1 / P4 category omnichannel calendar and promotions implementation at Market level.

He / she will be accountable to coordinate globally consistent yet locally relevant SFP category strategy implementation at local level ensuring Portfolio Strategy for Devices and Consumables (local implementation) for all categories and coordinating locally relevant category understanding content and messaging ensuring cluster strategy and local needs are integrated.

He / she will ensure smooth project management of relevant product launches and communication campaigns (global & local), as single point of contact for cluster and local stakeholders, coordinating the whole SFP strategy in the market and contributing with a strong collaborative approach with the Commercial Ops team in the local market, ensuring a coherent and consistent implementation.   • Deliver a P1 / P4 integrated strategy identifying opportunity areas, thru closely collaboration with Analitycs, Finance & Comm ops teams, considering global / local strategy and a deep consumer knowledge based on market research studies.
  • Accountable for creating & managing a P1 / P4 omnichannel calendar, that supports the full orgnization to be focused on strategic priorities, guaranteeing all key stakeholders area aligned and ensuring its integrated in the total PMI market calendar, thru closed collaboration with Comm ops & S&PD teams.
  • Manage cluster and local stakeholders' communication and planification to protect brand building and brand strategy execution at local level.
  • Leverage global toolboxes (portfolio, brand) to develop globally consistent yet locally relevant market plans and lead their effective deployment across channels to maximize category growth, ensuring a coherent and consistent brand content and communication strategy across channels
  • Manage and align SFP budget / RF, approval processes with Legal & EA, and coordinate all the SFP business Unit to ensure the best opportunities / investments for canarian consumers Who we’re looking for
  • University in Marketing, Economics, Communication
  • 5+ years in Marketing / Commercial positions with strong project management experience.
  • Professional written and spoken English and Spanish
  • Proficient Office Skills
