DSM and Firmenich are going through a multi years merger that requires a comprehensive Master Data Management program to be set up.
The incumbent will support management, Business, IT and Master Data stakeholders in shaping, following up and managing MDM related initiatives.
The position is preferably in Barcelona but could also be located somewhere else in Europe.

Your key responsibilities
- Plan the overall program (with program owner and stakeholders);
- Coordinate the projects and their interdependencies; monitor and report progress;
- Manage the program’s budget and resources, especially across projects;
- Manage issues and risks and take corrective actions;
- Manage stakeholders’ communication (together with Program owner and the Change manager);
- Monitor program impact and value delivered-

You bring
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing transformation projects in an international company;
- Good understanding of Master Data Management and SAP; ability to get to the details,
- Strong interpersonal skills. Can work positively with a wide range of individuals at different levels in the Company,
- Good communication and presentation skills, fluent in English;
- A change driver : inspire positively and instill confidence. Ability to manage conflicts;
