At Eni , we are looking for a Media & Communication Manager within Plenitude Iberia in Madrid, Spain. You will be responsible for panning and developing integrated branding and commercial communication projects both at origination and adaptation levels to deliver media neutral initiatives (ATL, BTL, content, digital).

As a member of the Communications and Media department at Plenitude Iberia, you will be responsible for :
- Devising and managing budget, production, and media planning of advertising campaigns, envisioning innovative consumer experiences through blended media engagements.
- Obsessively working with a data driven approach in the definition of communication projects and the measurement of success.
- Conducting branding & strategic analyses (. competitive analysis, best practices and benchmarking,
- Building relationships with internal stakeholders from across the business to build trust and demonstrate the value of B2C activities across our Madrid and Santander departments.
- Hands on media relations, pitching features, profile, and opinion pieces.
- Building and nurture relationships with target journalists to grow our media relations path.
- Ensuring successful & in-budget execution debottlenecking with internal & ext. partners
- Contributing to the definition of Plenitude’s annual communication plan, based on the communication needs identified in coordination with the different departments.
- Identifying better ways to do things, constantly striving for excellence and efficiency.
This is the opportunity for you if you have these skills and requirements :
- Bachelor’s Degree required; graduate degree preferred (economics, marketing and communication, design)
- experience in the role
- Proficiency in mastering MEDIA & comms practices.
- Keen and used to work on multinational environment and multicultural teams.
- Troubleshooting skills, well organized, able to prioritize work for self and others
- Excellent ability to communicate and present ideas or designs effectively to a cross-functional team.
- Language : fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese or Italian is a plus.
- Experienced in companies with global presence : energy, banking, e-Commerce, and digital retail in general.
- An experienced media and communication professional with lots of energy and ideas, natural gravitas and a track record of developing and delivering communications strategies to achieve commercial and brand results.
- Used to be working with senior stakeholders and earning stripes as a trusted advisor.
- A thinker and a doer, a strong writer, highly organised with experience of working in-house in complex and global organisations, or working in an agency environment, managing several clients.
