ABOUT THE JOB
- Supporting the OSH Hub Manager in all Intercruises related admin tasks
- Lead a virtual team of direct reports ensuring efficient and effective processes are executed and generate collaboration and coordination within the team.
- Responsible for verifying costs and sales, raising any anomalies prior to invoice being issued.
- Ensure there is consistency in our processes so that standard requirements for all cruise clients are maintained for all ports in assigned countries.
- Where necessary upload service information on client IMS platforms.
- Collate invoice back up according to criteria outlined for each cruise line.
- Collaborate with operation hubs and destination teams to ensure Intercruises processes are followed in line with company guidelines.
- Ensure deadlines are met for invoice submission as per internal process and cruise line contractual conditions.
- Providing support to Finance teams for monthly accruals.
- Assist in supporting similar administration tasks for other business units as and when necessary.
- Manage billing incident queries from TGBS O2C Team and clients.
- Effective communication skills to manage and motivate a team.
