The ideal candidate will be adept at managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling day-to-day administrative tasks, all while upholding our commitment to excellence and sustainability in the building construction industry.
Tasks
- Manage and prioritize the executive's calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for the executive
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Handle incoming and outgoing communication on behalf of the executive
- Assist with special projects and tasks as needed
Requirements
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software
- Previous experience in a similar role within the building construction industry
