DirecciónMain purpose of this role is to design and architect next generation Data management solutions, leveraging Informatica and other state of the art technologies. This role will also lead the conversion of existing ETL solution instances to Informatica Cloud. He/She will partner with SAP, Salesforce, Data Management teams and ensures Informatica platforms are architected to meet business needs. He/She will be accountable for all technical deliverables of Informatica platform. This role requires significant knowledge of data processing needs for consumer package goods. Must be flexible to work across time zones as responsibilities span several times time zones across sectors. He/She is expected to lead global reports based in US, Mexico, and India. He/She will be accountable to convert new business requirements to technical deliverable
Responsibilities- Lead Informatica data management architecture and platform setup in cloud
- Oversee development and implementation of projects
- Providing technical leadership and support to software development and sustain teams
- Accountable for the successful definition, launch and delivery of new data integration initiatives
- Define and communicates technical architecture and ideas that inspires others
- Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, budgets and status reports
- Recommends / takes action to direct the analysis of problems
- Provides visibility to team impediments/risks and helps eliminate them
- Leads 3 – 4 project initiatives at any given time
- Leads 2 – 3 developers/admins
- Communicates and collaborates broadly with IT stakeholders and business partners related to the projects
- Manage Vendor relationships
Compensation & Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $85,200 - $130,650 based on a full-time schedule
- Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary
- Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 10% of annual salary paid out annually
- Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement

- 7+ years of industry experience in technical leadership, with at least 5 years in data integration platform and project delivery leadership role
- 5 years of experience in data integration with leading vendors like Informatica (Power Center and Cloud Integration), Azure Data factory, IBM DataStage etc
- 5 years’ Experience in enterprise level platform administration of systems that support large number of users
- 5 years’ Experience in enterprise level platform administration in Azure or AWS
- Experience in working with global teams in different time zones spread across the world
