ResponsibilitiesThe Opportunity
Support Local Savory + Non Savory brands strategy, business plan development and plan execution holding accountability for business results in Argentina. Collaborate in the execution of marketing activations, interacting with each of the key areas of the company. Support in the implementation and monitoring of the marketing plan for each of the brands in the food portfolio.
Your Impact
As Analista de Field Marketing , your functions would consist of …
- Develop hard data for brand diagnosos to achieve business goals (vol, NR MCV & share) in the short & long term.
- Constant contact with mkt research tools in order to have full understanding of brand performance.
- Develop and deliver monthly report of Global Brands performance.
- Track all initiatives results.
Marketing Calendar & IMC / Equity
- Full knowledge of Global Brands calendars .
- Deep understanding and day-to-day A&M tracking
- Execution of mkt & media plans
- Lead meetings with legal, intellectual property, regulatory and communication in order to share marketing campaigns and promo initiatives.
- Innovation
- Active participation in Stage Gate Local meetings.
- Follow Up & control of Innovation KPIs to adjust actions
- Leadership of Artwork process with AM area support.
Commercial
- Assure Mktg Plans alignment with commercial plans by channel
- Permanent contact with Trade Mkt / Sales / Rev Mngmt team through Commercial Sinergy Meetings and others
- Lead Selling story documents
- Support Trade Mkt alignment with sales force
Who Are We Looking For?
- Bachelor in Business or correlate
- Marketing, business of communication background: experience in any combination of marketing, brand, innovation, business and/or shopper
- Advanced English
- Analytical background profile
- Capability to work with cross-functional teams
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Abel to communicate with other areas and stakeholders the priorities, deverables and objectives.
- Demonstrates, responsbaility,perseverance and resilience in the pursuit of goals.
- Organized and disciplined in order to deliverd on time.
- Collabotates and influce with other areas in order to help a fluid procees in ways of working.
