Position Summary
As a Product Manager, you play a vital role in helping Bentley create better experiences for our users as a key part of the Digital Experience team.
Your mission is to work closely with Digital Experience, Products, and Engineering to help redefine and reimagine Bentley’s user portals.
Your ability to work hand-in-hand with UX to research and understand the challenges faced by our users, to articulate and document those challenges in actionable ways, and to work with designers and engineers to develop high-value solutions is what motivates you every day.
You have a penchant for communicating your product vision to the business while driving action through contributions to planning and development.
You also love to keep a tidy backlog!
We will rely on you for the following :
Work as an integral part of a cross-functional team to deliver world-class experiences to Bentley’s users.
Actively inform the vision, strategy, features, and prioritization of Digital Experience development activities.
Develop and effectively communicate the product roadmap to regularly inform team members and stakeholders of key deliverables, milestones, and progress.
Develop industry insight and shape go-to-market plans for new, customer-focused offerings.
Gather requirements and curate development backlogs that reflect the strategic product roadmap.
Ensure a user-focused design by collaborating with the User Experience, User Success, Development, and Support Teams while maintaining a proactive dialog with users.
Support internal training initiatives as an advisor.
Be regarded as one of the internal experts in the development and design of Bentley’s digital touchpoints.
What You Bring to The Team :
4+ years of work experience in product management, delivering successful products and experiences.
Strong background in B2B product and experience management
Proficiency experience in validating concepts and bringing features to market quickly while iterating intelligently based on customer feedback.
Strong strategic aptitude; ability to define a leading business strategy and product roadmap and execute complex product development cycles
Sharp analytical, qualitative, and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.
You can communicate complex ideas with simplicity and rally people behind your visions.
Holistic thinking; you think in systems and can anticipate the impacts of any one solution upon the entire platform and the holistic user experience.
Curious, growth mindset : you humbly see critical feedback as a gift.
