Your mission
Improvement and regulatory compliance of EBMT Activities.
Responsibilities and Tasks
- Provide Quality support to all EBMT Units and Departments
- Drive implementation of the EBMT Quality Management Systems (QMS) based on ISO 9001 through the development , implementation, and management of Quality Assurance processes and systems.
- Support and active contribution in generating and reviewing documentation.
- Support in the maintenance of the Quality Management System and Indicators
- Responsible for conducting risk assessments and for communicating Quality risks within the organisation.
- Support to change control management
- Assess and resolve deviations Investigations, CAPAs, and Complaints to ensure timely resolution to area of responsibility.
- Conduct, participate, and support internal quality audits , supplier audits, process / product improvement projects, supplier evaluation surveys, and disposition activities to assess compliance with international standards, regulatory requirements and EBMT procedures.
- Support continuous improvement of company processes and educate the company and its employees about its compliance , training staff involved in the processes and conducting regular quality audits.
Requirements :
- Fluent in English , excellent oral and written skills.
- Master’s degree in biomedical sciences or related field.
- A minimum of three years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience writing and reviewing documents for regulatory compliance including but not limited to SOPs, policies, and reports.
- Experience in implementing Quality Assurance processes and Quality Management Systems (QMS) based on ISO 9001.
- Experience in Internal Audit performance
- Experience in Risk assessment and management
- Understanding of ISO 9001 and other Quality Management Systems.
- Attention to detail.
- Demonstrated capability to produce outcomes and achieve objectives within deadlines.
- Good planning and organisational skills.
- Take initiative to improve department procedures.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively in a multicultural environment.
- Ability to work autonomously
- Demonstrated ability to work well with colleagues and external contacts.
Desirable
Experience working with Microsoft Office and Google tools.

- Full-time position and indefinite contract (37.5 hours working week).
- Flexible working hours (starting from 8 to 10 am and finish accordingly).
- 26 days of vacation per year.
- Salary : 31.292 - 36.440 gross / year (depending on previous experience).
