Your Role
Content Creation and Marketing Strategy :
Craft engaging job content, including descriptions, social media posts, and collateral, spotlighting our employer brand.
Develop diverse content (blogs, articles, videos) resonating with target professionals, collaborating with internal experts for thought leadership.
Ensure that all content aligns with the employer brand and effectively communicates the organization’s values, culture, and career opportunities.
Editorial Calendar Management :
Own the Recruitment Marketing editorial calendar, aligningwith hiring needs, target campaigns and employer brand awareness aligned to our employee value proposition.
Regularly assess content performance through metrics, adjusting the editorial calendar for optimized engagement and reach.
Stay informed about industry events, milestones, and relevant dates to strategically plan content releases and capitalize on timely opportunities.
Data-Driven Insights and Analysis :
Utilize data-driven insights to assess the effectiveness of Recruitment Marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
Collaboration and Team Engagement :
Collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring needs and align marketing efforts to support specific talent acquisition goals.
Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to create content that positions Ciena as an employer of choice.
Work closely with the talent acquisition and social media teams on publishing relevant Recruitment Marketing-related content.
Brand Ambassadorship and Training :
Act as a brand ambassador, fostering a positive employer image through various communication channels.
Manage company profiles, respond to feedback, update reputation channels, and develop training materials for HR partners.
What we need from you
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, HR, or a related field with 5+ years of experience in Recruitment Marketing or Employer Branding
Proven experience as a Recruitment Marketer or Employer Brand Advisor
Strong knowledge of SEO and social media platforms
Proficiency in using CMS / ATS platforms
Understanding of digital marketing, social media, and analytics tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adapting messaging for global audiences
A collaborative mindset, innovative approach, familiarity with recruitment technologies
Abilit to analyze data, multitask, and stay updated on industry trends
Curiosity about the business and industry and thirst to learn more and grow in role
