About the Role :
We're looking for a Sales Development Representative who will assist our field sales team follow-up with inbound leads and prospect / generate new opportunities.
We’re looking for a hunter who has a track record of success and possesses polished phone and writing skills. The Sales Development Representative understands and enjoys cutting-edge enterprise technology, prospecting, learning, and ultimately wants to establish a career in sales.
This role has the opportunity to grow into a full sales position in the future, and a well defined progression path for SDR’s .
Our office is located at Charing Cross near Covent Garden and you will be required to work from the office daily.
What You Will Do :
- Work with top Enterprise and Commercial accounts in Central Europe
- Qualify & convert inbound leads into opportunities for our sales teams
- Participate in weekly sales training & enablement sessions
- Meet and exceed quarterly qualified leads quota to ensure pipeline objectives, with the support of managers and teammates who are committed to your successJoin a structured sales training program with clear milestones, and an established career progression plan for strong performers.
- Collaborate closely with Field Sales to establish an outbound account penetration plan, including target companies, prospects, and messaging / talk-tracks
- Participate in regular training & informational sessionsSome experience in a similar business development role
- Fluency in Italian, French and English
