Your mission

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) , you'll collaborate with our Motive G2M team to amplify our presence across 4 countries, and aspire to conquer 6-7 additional countries in the next 2 years.

You'll be at the forefront of our growth strategy, responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads through outbound prospecting efforts.

You'll engage with prospects via phone calls, emails, and other channels to generate interest and schedule meetings for our sales team.

What you’ll do

Identify Key Players : You'll be tasked with identifying and reaching out to key players in the industry, including potential partners, customers, and prospects.

Your ability to identify decision-makers and initiate meaningful conversations will be essential to our growth.

Engage with Prospects : Utilizing outbound emails and strategic follow-ups, you'll actively engage with prospects to nurture relationships and uncover new business opportunities.

Your effective communication skills and persistence will play a crucial role in converting prospects into qualified leads.

Support Business Development Representatives (BDRs) : You'll collaborate closely with our BDRs, providing assistance with sales documentation and ensuring smooth transitions throughout the sales process.

Your attention to detail and organizational abilities will streamline our sales operations.

Manage CRM System : Take charge of managing and enriching our CRM system (Pipedrive), maintaining accurate and updated records of leads and interactions.

Your meticulous data management approach will enhance the efficiency of our sales efforts.

Conduct Market Research : Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor analysis, and relevant business news to inform strategic decisions.

Conduct thorough market research to identify potential opportunities and keep our team informed of significant developments.

What you’ll bring

  • Language Proficiency : Fluent in Spanish with proficient English skills (at least B2 level) to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues.
  • Outbound B2B Prospecting Expertise : Demonstrated experience of over a year in outreach activities to establish a robust business pipeline.
  • Adaptability : Thrives in dynamic environments, takes initiative, and excels even with minimal guidance.
  • Startup Exposure : Previous exposure to a startup environment is a plus, showcasing your ability to thrive in fast-paced and innovative settings.
  • Excellent Organizational Skills : Strong ability to prioritize tasks, set goals, and manage time effectively.
  • Clear Communication : Ability to articulate technical and non-technical information clearly to both internal team members and external clients.
