We are looking for an Spanish-speaking Sales Manager - (On-site) to join one of our exciting projects.

Your benefits :

  • Full-time contract, 39 hours / week : Monday - Thursday 09 : 00 to 18 : 00, Friday from 09 : 00 to 17 : 00
  • Salary 32 000 euros gross / year + up to 8000 euros gross / month in bonus

What you'll experience with us

As a Sales Manager in our team, you will :

  • Own and be entirely responsible for the full sales process for the assigned region and market types (verticals)
  • Generate pipeline, through prospecting, referrals or other methods
  • Take personal care of all ancillary activities during customer proposal and negotiation stage : meetings, presentations, proposals, site visits, RFPs management, provider certifications, service contracts, etc.
  • Handhold the client and close support to the Operations team during service implementation and ramp-up
  • Customer follow-up through QBRs and important events, in association with the Account Manager until the handover is done
  • Proper and up-to-date CRM
  • Regular reporting and ad-hoc activity and impact analysis

We'll be a great match if you :

  • Are proficient or bilingual in Spanish and B2 English
  • Have strong new business sales experience or degree in Business School
  • Have a consultative selling approach, the ability to truly understand client needs and be able to match it to what we can or could offer, thanks to knowledge, creativity and effort.
  • Have excellent client facing presentation skills (verbal and written)
  • Are confident in explaining technical solutions to a non-technical audience
  • Have very good operational knowledge of number-crunching apps such as spreadsheets
