Requirements
Qualifications :
- Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Have a minimum of 8 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
- Demonstrate a proven track record of successfully managing high-performing engineering teams and delivering complex software projects.
- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively inspire and motivate team members.
- Showcase a deep understanding of software engineering principles, agile methodologies, and continuous integration / continuous delivery (CI / CD) practices.
- Have experience in recruiting, hiring, and developing engineering talent.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
