Social Media Specialist

Position

The Social Media Specialist at Benefit is responsible for managing and growing the brand's presence on Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.

This includes community management, content creation, and overseeing Social Media budgets. The role involves organizing social contests, collaborating with partners, and managing the Google My Business project for Brow Bar.

Additionally, the Specialist works on influencer collaborations, focusing on contests and co-created content to reach new audiences, with defined KPIs for influencer activations.

Profile

SOCIAL MEDIA & COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT

Excel as the brand's community manager, responding to and engaging fans in conversation on Instagram, Facebook & Tik Tok;

help grow Benefit’s social audiences & engagement

• Manage all Social Media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, Tik Tok) from brainstorming to copywriting to publishing and controlling Social Media budget.
• Content creation and copies for all social channels with an emphasis on the Benefit voice, correct grammar / spelling & humor
• Manage regular social contests (coordinate prizing, work with legal, etc.) & identify partners to amplify contest reach
• Follow up and feeding the Google My Business project per Brow Bar

DIGITAL INFLUENCERS MANAGEMENT

• Work with influencers on contests & co-created content, with the goal of reaching new audiences
• Work with the PR responsible giving him KPIs to achieve with influencer’s activations.

Additional information

PROFILE

MAIN STUDIES : Bachelor’s degree in Communication, PR, Marketing or Advertising.

LANGUAGES : Spanish (native)

English (Fluent C1)

French (desirable)

DESIRED IT TOOLS EXPERTISE : Office 365, Social media apps, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Canva.

EXPERIENCE : Minimum 2 years

OTHERS :

• Passionate user of Social media apps & Adobe Photoshop, Canva and Illustrator.
• Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.

Excellent writing & grammar skills with a high attention to detail & quality.
