The "Statistical Information Management, Mathematical Methods" department is responsible for the development, use and maintenance of IT-supported processes, mathematical-statistical methods and services for various central divisions of the Deutsche Bundesbank.
Work of particular value : your work with us
- In the area of the Bundesbank's time series information system, you will be responsible for exchanging data with external organizations.
- You will manage existing processes and develop new procedures for the manual or automated integration of external data sets into the time series database.
- In addition, you will advise the specialist departments in the event of errors and with regard to the possibilities for data integration and actively help to shape the further development of the work area.
Special values : Your qualifications
- Bachelor's or equivalent degree in (business) informatics, (business) mathematics or a comparable field of study or comparable knowledge from many years of professional experience
- Practical experience in handling data in relational and non-relational databases
- Very good knowledge and several years of practical experience in an object-oriented programming language (preferably Microsoft .Net)
- Knowledge of processing large amounts of data in XML, Json and CSV format would be desirable
- Strong independence and high level of commitment paired with service and customer orientation
- Very good German and good written and spoken English skills
