Your responsibilities and impact working as a Technical Front Office Specialist will be:
- Supporting customers with inquiries related to telecom services, focusing on technical questions
- Maintaining and updating the customers' accounts
- Dealing with sensible data
- Ensuring high-quality service and customers' satisfaction

Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:
- A native level of Dutch and a good level of English
- Having interest in technical support and troubleshooting

- Being able to handle sensitive data reliably
