Introducing smoke-free products shifts the focus of our entire business. We’re fast moving from a B2B to a B2C model and our newly created Customer Centric Organization (CCO) team is driving that commercial transformation.

Their role is to understand customer conversion journeys in different international markets, then to find the best ways to connect with smokers and convince them to switch to reduced-risk products.

Your day to day’ You will be part of the Trade Engagement Team in Philip Morris Spain.We look for a true leader of our inbound Call Service Center (CSC).

We look for an individual who can have a broad view of the weekly commercial initiatives, can train the CSC agents, can anticipate, and alleviate bottlenecks in the CSC service demand, and can put himself in the shoes of the retailer to make him / her feel special. Responsibilities :

  • Monitor & develop plans to meet CSC Service Level KPIs.
  • Engage with the CSC agents to have them aligned in terms of weekly calendar initiatives (promotions, systems developments).

Plus align their talking points.

Integrate the CSC data with our Salesforce B2B CRM and make each data field actionable by the ecosystem, to maximize our interactions with the Retailer.

We’re looking for a person who has :

  • A recent degree in communication, marketing, business administration.
  • Fluency in Spanish (preferably native or bilingual) and in English (C1 level and above).
  • PowerPoint and Excel savviness
  • Salesforce experience is a plus
  • A strong customer focus and data-driven mindset
  • Compelling goal-oriented commercial skills
  • Ability to work with ambiguity : you are change agile, can decide and act without having the full picture, comfortably handle risk and uncertainty
