Job Description :

A VIE mission for Customer Services Departments Support has arisen within Airbus Commercial in Getafe (Madrid), Spain.

You will join the Customer Care Center Antenna in Spain supporting on time and efficiently different teams (Spares Engineering, Technical Data, Service Bulletin,.

in operational, planning or organizational tasks.

The Volunteer for International Experience (VIE) is a unique international program sponsored by the French Ministry of Economy, Finance and Employment, open to Airbus to offer young professionals the opportunity to have valuable paid work experience abroad in a technical or business function.

The main tasks of the jobholder will be :

RESPONSIBILITIES

Identification and implementation of potential collaborations and synergies in the Customer Care Center within the different departments in Customer Services Spain

Support to Business Development activities : project management of R&T, Digital transformation and Innovation initiatives.

Management of stakeholders in a Cross-Divisional Digital Services team

Support to transversal Customer Services Functions : Quality and Finance

Continuous Improvement activities in Customer Services Spain. AOS

Contribution to deliveries of technical solutions on time, cost and quality taking into account relevant technology aspects and secure cost adherence in different departments of Customer Services

Data analytics projects (research of opportunities to add value through the use of Skywise or other sources of information)

SKILLS

Education : Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering degree or a related discipline.

Experience : 1-3 years in any industry

Soft skills : Stakeholder Management, Strong interpersonal and communication skills, High adaptability to work on new topics, new business

Languages : Advanced level in English.

Technical knowledge : Google Apps, Project Management

Valuable / Nice to have : digital solutions knowledge, innovation, Customer Services experience or knowledge

REQUIREMENTS :

The VIE is a specific contract, under Business France’s eligibility criteria.

VIE Main Requirements :

  • European Union citizens (plus Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Monaco), graduates up to and including 28 years old. You cannot hold citizenship of the country of the mission you are applying for.
  • Have fulfilled military obligations for their country, if any.
