DirecciónWe are currently looking for a Finance Manager to join our CSL Vifor Team in Barcelona, Spain. In this position you will be directly reporting to the Regional Director.
We are offering a flexible and hybrid working model.
Main Responsibilities
Manages preparation of forecasts and budgets
Provides recommendations to local and senior management based on analysis of deviations from budget
Provides leadership, consultancy and financial support to the whole affiliate organization
Proactively provides analysis on business risks and opportunities.
Key Tasks
Supports business planning and decision making processes : ensures all required financial analysis and modeling of 'what if' scenarios
Oversees monitoring of actual and forecasted cost and revenues (on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis), especially P&L for regions and key markets
Performs and consolidates budget, latest estimate and variance analysis
Analyses and prepares reports for local and senior management.
Communicates and provides direction to Finance director
Provides decision support to various stakeholders (Local directors, project teams, general manager...)
Controls overall effectiveness of marketing finance and identifies potential for improvement
Manages accountant and administrative service providers
Supervises the Administration area
Your Profile
Minimum Requirements
Degree in Economics or Business Administration
Experience of more than 6 years work in similar position in an international environment
Experience in accounting, budgeting and financial planning
Excellent analytical skills
Experience with process and data modeling techniques
Basic understanding of an substantial interest in pharmaceutical area
Fluent in Spanish and professional level in English, both in oral and in written communications
Excellent user of Office Programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Crystal Ball)
Preferred Requirements :
Degree specialized in Finance (financial analysis, controlling, accounting, consolidation)
Experience in various areas of Finance & Accounting
Basic know-how of applicable laws concerning business admin, taxes, accounting and consolidation
Experience leading direct reports
