We are currently looking for HR Operations Analyst to support the Spanish office based in Barcelona that will report to the HR Operations and Payroll Lead.
As our HR Operation Analyst, you’ll be the mastermind behind making sure that our databases are correctly updated and conducting standard quality checks to manage the data according to the company's global workflows.
Not only will you be responsible for the nitty-gritty details of the database and HRIS, but you’ll also be the go-to person for any questions related from other stakeholders regarding our systems.
You’ll also provide support to the team with tickets related to contractual modifications and our time and attendance system.

Main responsibilities :
- Maintain and manage employee data and our organizational structure, ensuring the accuracy of data in the database and employee records.
- Provide support to the rest of the Human Resources team or any other department that needs it.
- Ensure tools and processes are working as expected while constantly looking for ways to improve them.
- Generate reports and analysis as requested.
- Collect and analyze HR data from various sources.
- Support employees through our employee support system and help keep our colleagues happy.
- Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop, and make a difference.
- Provide professional, knowledgeable and friendly communication timely to our stakeholders as well as to our colleagues.
- Ensure highlighting process breakdowns timely and take corrective actions.
- Proactive with reminders to stakeholders for the necessary documentation.
- Continuous Improvement Mindset - Help improve processes on a daily basis.
- Monitor digital signature tool for personnel documents.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Human Resources
- Minimum years of experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of HRIS (preferably Oracle).
- You are someone with a killer eye for detail! You are meticulous in your work, take pride in getting things right, and aren’t afraid to dive into the details.
- Fluent in both Spanish and English, with strong communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal
