HR controlling: forescasting and reporting of HC in BPC and coordination with Finance (controlling). Answer labor queries from employees and managersManagement of SAP: SF-EC and Time management. Management of the Service Catalog (Jira). Maintenance of employee data in the Census and in the finance database. Reporting and data for Deloitte and Quality Audits. Degree in Psychology, Labor Relations, Labor Law or equivalent.Advanced level of EnglishGood command of ExcelSimilar experience in a multinational company preferablyKnowledge or qualification in ORP.
