CAE + Health surveillance + Risk Prevention and protective measures.
Payroll: payment of payroll, extras, bonuses, rentings, etc. Ability to supervise the payroll (with absenteeism and variables).
Hiring, registrations and cancellations.
Onboarding in the system and coordination of the parts
Maintenance of the Equality Plan, as well as LGD report.
HR controlling: forescasting and reporting of HC in BPC and coordination with Finance (controlling).
Answer labor queries from employees and managersManagement of SAP: SF-EC and Time management.
Management of the Service Catalog (Jira). Maintenance of employee data in the Census and in the finance database.
Reporting and data for Deloitte and Quality Audits.
Monitor/arrange time control and enter annual calendars.

Degree in Psychology, Labor Relations, Labor Law or equivalent.
Advanced level of English
Good command of Excel
Similar experience in a multinational company preferably
Knowledge or qualification in ORP.
