Job Title: Export Operation Lead, Assistant Manager

JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for overview entire export process from local agrochemical suppliers to overseas customer by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure export on time and comply with regulation of export country. This position is also required to supervise temporary personnel for smooth and accurate Export Operation.
JOB RESPONSIBILITY
All duties performed will emphasize delivering products on time at expected quality.
- Responsible for overall management of logistics from local supplier to overseas customer.
- Cooperate with internal stakeholders and lead Export Operation to ensure on time export and comply with regulation of each export countries.
- External stakeholder management such as logistics vendor to improve service level.
- Optimize end to end operation from local delivery to export and develop sustainable business process.
- Supervise export operators for on time delivery and operation accuracy.
- Perform export planning with Sales and align with stakeholders and involved partners for execution
- Coordinate actions and communications with stakeholders in case of issues like delivery delays.
- Project Lead of relative area
- Periodically assess service level of logistics vendors to secure delivery quality and operation efficiency.
- Analyze logistics cost to find cost saving opportunity.
- Negotiation with external vendor for export cost and condition.
- Compile and maintain applicable metrics and KPI’s
- Contract management with vendors.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelors or Equivalent
- 5 years Export operation experience preferably in Chemical, Agrochemical, Pharmaceutical industries.
- Experience of project lead or supervise.
- Experience of people management or supervise.
- Experience in Trading company will be a plus
- English communication skill in both written and verbal communication.
- Ability to effectively communicate with the colleagues and stakeholders.
- Preferred working experience at Forwarder.
- Proficiency on MS Office (Excel (vlook-up, if, Pivot), PowerPoint, Word).
- Fluency in Japanese essential.
- SAP experience is highly preferred.
