We're looking for an extraordinary Business Analyst to join our team, immerse themselves in the brand, and support the company's growth worldwide
What will you be doing?
- Work closely with the client, the Business Intelligence Team, the CPM Management Team, and across functional lines, to ensure consistent data quality as well as data solutions that meet business needs and requirements
- Automate data preparation and report creation where possible
- Develop ad-hoc reports and combine data from multiple data sources as necessary to respond to high-level business questions.
- Develop and maintain dashboards to visualise data utilising Power BI.
- Conduct continuous review of reports and business processes, identifying opportunities for improvements with the aim of minimizing redundant reporting and development of single source of truth where possible.
- Conduct market research and benchmark across other businesses and present analysis.
- Present final analysis or products to management, stakeholders and peer organisations / teams
- Define KPI's that reflects how well a business is achieving its stated goals and objectives.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest business intelligence trends and developments to automate and modernise systems
Requirements
What we're looking for?
- Resident in the Barcelona area, or able to commute (hybrid working model)
- EU / Schengen citizenship, or a full time work permit
- Business fluent English, both spoken and written.
- Excellent Excel skills and good working knowledge of Power BI and Google Analytics
- Experience as a Business Analyst or similar roles for eCommerce businesses
- Experience in presenting and communicating across all levels of the organization up to C-level execs.
- Critical and analytical thinking
- Problem solving and data modelling skills, with a keen attention to detail
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure
Benefits
What do we offer :
- Start date : Late April / Early May
- Schedule : Full time, 39h / week, Monday to Thursday 9am to 6pm, and Friday 9am to 5pm
- Salary : 30,000 € gross per month
- Holidays : 24 business days per year
- Contract type : Temporary for 3 months, and the possibility of a permanent contract afterwards
- Working model : Hybrid model
- Location : Barcelona, office centrally located in the Sagrera area, with several public transport options in the doorstep.
