The ideal candidate is passionate about collecting and analysing data, creating complex models, identifying patterns in the data, interpreting trends, and with your vision for the future, create forecast scenarios and plans, acting as a bridge between numerous stakeholders within the organization.
This role will involve:
Assisting with the production of timely, accurate and reliable daily, weekly, and monthly reports setting out relevant information
Performing data analysis to determine incentives targets, call volume trends and developing long-term strategies
Compiling and mining data from a variety of business Call Centre sources
Consolidation of market results

English fluent

Tableau experience
Planning, analysis and forecasting experience
Understanding of (or the ability to grasp) Workforce Management practices including Occupancy, CPC, Shrinkage, Productivity
