Marketing Nordic Cluster - Business and Data Consultant

Verisure (operating under the brand Securitas Direct in Spain and Portugal) is seeking a talented, innovative, hands-on Nordic Marketing Business & Data Analyst to join our Nordic cluster team, supporting Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland in their marketing operation.

Responsibilities

The key priorities will be to master the knowledge of the Marketing data model in the Nordics, collaborating with the Nordics business support area on all the initiatives related to Telesales and Marketing Contact Center, while leading the development of specific dashboards and analysis to drive performance optimization in the Nordics operations.

The main responsibilities will entail :

Become the business owner at Nordic level of the Marketing acquisition data model and Customer Data Platform, understanding how to build all KPIs related to the Contact Center and Telesales operations.

Work closely with both local markets and other Nordic cluster teams in understanding the data model and building their own analysis.

Become an active part of the new Contact Center IT system implementation, understanding the configurations in each country, and being able to propose system optimizations based on data analysis.

Analyze Contact Center and Telesales main KPI s across markets to identify areas of improvement and define the action plan to optimize performance.

Analyze and document MCC and Telesales best practices across the Nordics, audit how different Nordic markets align to those and to Group best practices, identify areas of improvement and define action plan to ensure further optimization.

Work closely with both local, cluster and group stakeholders to get the alignment on the action plan defined and support its implementation.

Own data tracking, building the right tools to ensure data follow-up by the different stakeholders to support operational and strategic decisions.

This role will require determination to deeply understand :

Verisure business Model, from lead generation to sale and installation.

Marketing contact center and Telesales processes and systems : technology, culture, incentives, and way of working which may differ among countries.

Skills :

Education : ADE, Economics, Engineering, Marketing.

Minimum experience : 3 years.

Working experience in Consultancy oriented into Sales projects will be valued positively.

Fluent in English. Other languages will be positively valued.

Strong Excel, SQL, Power BI, and other data visualization tools.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Result-oriented.

Hands on and problem solving attitude.

Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and (people) management skills.

Ability to influence others and drive results through data analysis.

Experience in multi-national and multi-cultural environment.

Location

Verisure offices in Madrid, but with availability to travel to the Nordic markets.

Reports and organization structure

Direct reporting line into the Head of Group Contact Center and Telesales and Nordic Marketing Acquisition.
