CLIENT MANAGER INNOVATION
The Client Manager position will provide the right candidate with the opportunity to work with top clients in Spain. We are looking for a Client Manager who has strong analytic and organizational skills.
This role requires delivering great analysis with excellence and employing curiosity and creativity in learning and problem solving.
Client Orientation :
- Develop knowledge of Ipsos Offer
- Manage the relationship with clients assigned, oriented to develop and retain the relationship, aiming to increase the value of the client for Ipsos.
- Foster team's relationship with clients.
- Responsible for maintaining and actively promote new opportunities with existing and new clients.
- Ensure quality, satisfaction and communication with the client at all stages of the projects under their responsibility.
- Make proposals of the assigned projects, with the support of the Client Service Director depending on the complexity and type of client.
- Ensure client profitability under its responsibility by tracking TO, GM and number of charged hours.
Processes :
- Management communication projects
- Responsible for planning and organization, in collaboration with the technical team, the assigned projects.
- Establish guidelines for preparation of reports to ensure that they answer the research objectives.
- Be able to tell insightful stories from data, creating actionable recommendations
- Generate recommendations focused on data, adopting a Problem Solving Approach
- Perform the analysis, conclusions and client presentations.
- Propose actions and provide solutions to the difficulties that arise.
- Coordinate with the international teams if the client or project requires it.
The successful candidate will...
- Have strong experience managing research projects of innovation
- Have experience in projects management for the service sector (bank services, technology, insurance will be desirable
- Have strong experience with quantitative research across a range of methodologies ad hoc research.
- Be fluent in Spanish is mandatory.
- Be proficient in English.
- Be able to build strong relationships with clients.
- Have excellent communication skills - tailored to suit the individual audience, including presentations.
- Have strong project management skills, including a drive to deliver excellent quality of both insight and data accuracy.
- Have excellent people management skills, including the ability to coach and motivate others and to work with a variety of people in a team setting.
- Be able to demonstrate business acumen and leadership.
