Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, hybrid role for a Client Services Leader located in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The Client Services Leader will work closely with clients to ensure their satisfaction with our services, supervise a team of customer service representatives, provide training for new hires, and maintain clear communication between the team and clients.
ResponsibilitiesInteract with and gain the trust of clients by providing excellent service.Translate the needs of the client, their communication, marketing, or management departments, into digital solutions for the client.
Ability to work both locally and internationally, for the development of 360º digital projects.Responsible for managing the budget to ensure the profitability of the accounts managed by their team.
Managing relationships and expectations with clientsResponsible for client satisfaction, quality of service, and on-time, on-budget completion of the agency’s servicesProject management focused on Digital Marketing (specially paid media, data and SEO) in coordination with the different areas and departments, with a strong customer orientationAct as the internal client / project lead, providing direction for the teamEnsure that the quality of the team's work meets or exceeds the client's expectations.
Ability to offer creative solutions to the challenges and needs of clients.Staying up-to-date on technological solutions and tools, so that they recognize the opportunities to apply them when meeting the client's goals.
Effectively manage projects and resources.Transmit the corporate culture to their team.Ability to generate internal processes within the company as well as to train and manage account executives under their command.
Actively participate in the development of new business for the agency : identification of prospects, development of proposals, and presentations to clients.
QualificationsA bachelor's degree in Advertising, Public Relations, Journalism, ADE, Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2-3 years of work experience as an Account Manager and 5-6 years of work experience in account teams within consulting and digital agencies.
Experience managing work teams focused on the digital marketing sector (SEO, performance, data analytics) Supervisory Skills, including the ability to lead a team and provide constructive feedback.
Customer Service proficiency, with the ability to effectively address client concerns and questions.Training experience, with the ability to train new hires and develop ongoing training programs.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with both clients and team members.Ability to work independently and remotely.
Preferred QualificationsMaster's degree in Commercial Management or Business Administration.3+ years of work experience in account management.
6+ years of work experience in account teams within consulting and digital agencies.Bilingual (Spanish / English).
