Tasks
Weare looking for an enthusiastic and organized Data Entry Assistantto join our team. You will be the go-to person for Data Entry tasksand help manage our database of patient information.
The successful candidate must be able to input recordsinto our electronic database accurately and efficiently, confirmthe accuracy of patient information, and research and resolvediscrepancies in the database.
You should also be comfortable usingvarious software programs and database systems.
Responsibilities :
Enter referralinformation into our electronic database
Ensurethe accuracy of the entered data
Research andresolve any discrepancies found in the database
Ensure accuracy and completion of Data Entrytasks
Respond to any questions or requests fromother staff members
Follow established dataentry practices and procedures
Assist with otherclerical tasks as needed
Requirements
Requirements :
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in an administrative or Data Entryrole
Strong attention to detail
Ability to multi-task efficiently
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and databasesystems
Excellent organizationalskills
