You will be the technical point person for the Soft starters and Safety Products from our ELSP Division, also digital skills. Reporting to the Technical Sales Support Manager, you will support local Sales teams and customers by advising on technical options

Your responsibilities
- Providing technical solutions and advice on ABB products, systems and applications to customers, channels and/or Sales engineers.
- Assisting with the preparation of the technical and financial aspects of the offer, including pricing and trading conditions.
- Performing diagnostics and analysis to make recommendations for improvement based on customer needs.
- Contributing technical details and perspectives in the meeting, proposal and negotiation stages and delivering technical presentations, drawings, and demonstrations on complex product issues.

Your background
- Degree in Electricity / Electronics engineering.
- An agile and proactive approach, with a demonstrated ability to take ownership and commitment of orders process.
- Self-motivation, curiosity, and a desire to be customer oriented.
- Knowledge of principles and practices of Sales Support and customer service.
- 3-4 years experience in positions related to Technical Product support or sales.
- A high level of Spanish
