- Prepares, controls, updates, and distributes all required documents regarding consolidation and deconsolidation at gateway level complying with regulations and standard procedures
- Coordinate with other team members or departments for the whole Air Freight Gateway business
- Communicate and liaise with Customer Service, Product and Global Service Centers to ensure the timely and accurate shipment process
- Ensures customer requirements are met and takes corrective actions in case of deviations from customer requirements
Job Requirements
- Form 5 or DSE equivalent qualification
- Good interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills
- Proficient in PC operations, e.g. Ms Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Willing to perform shift duty, 6 days work
- Less relevant experience will be considered as Coordinator
