Across Pepsico Europe’s large number of brands and even larger number of markets, the Strategic Insights Analyst will support the insights branch of the team to use data, analytics and insight to take a holistic and objective view on growth-opportunities, identifying and prioritising the must win battles for PepsiCo in Europe.
Responsibilities- Preparing complex data sets, communications or analysis(MANAGING)
- Day-to-day management of cross-functional strategic projects (EXECUTING project against an aligned brief / scope)
- Running analysis to inform high profile strategic decision making – g. defining portfolio market and category strategy for a ~$300MM net revenue business unit (EXECUTING and CONSULTING)
- Managing and lisiaing with agencies to deliver projects and analysis in a form that provides insight to contribute to organizational understanding (MANAGING)
- Championing the Europe Insights function, communicating and representing the mission and agenda of the team
- Degree educated, experience in a fast-paced industry role. 4-6 years’ experience in a relevant industry (consumer, retail or digital) and will have worked on projects with strong insight and analytical components
- Adept at taking complex or ambiguous problems and solving in a structured and methodical way
- Naturally curious, with experience in analysing a variety of data types (e.g. consumer, financial, etc.)
- Expertise in drawing insight from qualitative or quantitative insight
- Strong written and verbal communication, with experience in storytelling and influencing others
- High organizational agility to navigate a complex, networked organization
