Admin (GA) and Services Executive

General & Admin task:

• Handling Regional & site administration
• Implementing Administration policies and procedures
• Ensure soft services performance by associates feedback and survey mechanism.
• Working in collaboration with our admin team to operating the reception desk and care for people s day to day office needs
• Closely collaborating with HR to assist, plan and organize employee experience events for the companys employees (support in producing team building days, events, gifts, etc.)
• Owning all associates needs related to the building, collaborating with the operations, IT and other company departments to ensure ongoing smooth operations, safety and comfort in the building environment
• Opening purchase orders in the system and performing supplier invoice control
• Working with diverse computer systems and interfacing with a multitude of people and departments across Pall MY.
• Event & Launch Management

People (HR) related:

• Becomes a trusted HR contact for associates by building positive relationships and maintaining confidentiality of HR information.
• ​Helps to build and foster fun and loyal office atmosphere for employees
• Helps maintain and administer benefit plans and insurance policies.
• Liason person in charge to local authority.
• Demonstrates the ability to think creatively, problem solve and generally make the operation function
