As Front Office Manager (m / w / d) your tasks include :
- Leading the reception team
- Motivation and development of reception staff
- Host and contact person for our international guests
- Compliance and implementation as well as ensuring hotel operations in accordance with quality and service standards
- Ensuring smooth operations at the Front Office / reception
- Email correspondence and professional complaint management
- Interdepartmental communication
- Taking over MOD (Manager on Duty) services
Your profile with which you inspire us
- Completed training in the hotel or tourism industry
- Professional experience in the Front Office department in a hotel, as reception manager (m / f / d)
- Leadership experience in a team
- Well-groomed appearance and social skills
- Strong service orientation and quality awareness
- Very good spoken and written knowledge of German, English and Spanish
- Very good knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Opera Cloud
- Flexibility, initiative and passion
Ideally already experience as Front Office Manager (m / w / d) .
