We’re looking for a Global Account Manager to work within the Data Centre sector. This is a Senior role within the business.

What you’ll do :
Provide leadership and direction for sales teams in the sector.
Responsible for identifying, developing and acquiring customers.
Planning and strategising to retain and expand current key accounts.
Ensuring high-quality customer service and issue resolution.
Client engagement activities, including identifying client business requirements and preparing proposals and quotations.
Assist in direct selling to deliver sales goals, negotiating contracts, initiating proposals and closing deals.
Closely collaborate with the Operations Leaders to support business objectives / targets.
You’ll have the following skills and experience :
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, Electrical or Mechanical.
Experience working within the Data Centre sector is essential.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Global Account Management positions, or within a Senior Sales role.
Experienced in a leadership role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and customer satisfaction goals.
Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
