We currently have a new vacancy of a Global Marketing Communications Specialist in our offices in Amer (Girona) at the beginning and then in our offices in Aiguaviva.
Your main mission will be to translate the product and technical knowledge into Marketing Communications in order to effectively connect with the chosen targets.

Main tasks :
- Develop and implement the communication plan of the different products and services of the Business Units within each franchise plan and develop briefings for new campaigns.
- Develop and manage promotional material of the Business Units including creation, adaptation, production, and distribution.
- Plan and manage a media plan for the Business Units identifying the media mix, contracting spaces, drafting press releases, and updating the data base of press mentions.
- Lead the organization of events, trainings, and public relations with externals as target audience and also for the Business Units team.
- Support subsidiaries organizing local events and adapting campaigns based on the local needs and meeting corporate guidelines.
- Together with the Business Units Directors, manage the communication budgets for each unit.
- Support in development and implementation of projects related with corporate communication in coordination with the I&C unit responsible.
- Manage suppliers (creative agencies, translation, etc.) used in the field of marketing communication.
- Ensure the right communication and implementation of corporate brand guidelines in the global and local teams.
