Job Purpose Are you ready to spearhead innovation in the transportation and mobility sector? Join our dynamic team in Barcelona, Spain, as the Head of Marketing and Communication at Abertis Mobility Services Group! As the Head of Marketing, you will lead the charge in shaping and executing innovative marketing, communications, and membership strategies on a global scale. Your work will be pivotal in aligning our efforts with organizational strategy and driving business objectives forward. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll not only manage a global workload but also actively engage at all levels of the organization. You'll spearhead strategic communications initiatives, leveraging a diverse mix of traditional and digital tools to amplify our brand presence and impact. Responsibilities Develop, execute, and evaluate innovative marketing, communications, and PR initiatives to boost our global reputation. Lead social media strategies to build lively online communities and boost brand visibility. Manage external communications, fostering strong ties with media partners to amplify our message. Create engaging mass communications via impactful email campaigns and marketing efforts. Highlight our involvement in industry events, conferences, and speeches to demonstrate thought leadership. Advocate for our brand across all communication channels, fostering strong connections with stakeholders and the media. Overseeing Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives. In this capacity, you will lead the implementation of our ESG plan. Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree in journalism, marketing, or public relations. Travel: 25% including international travel. Experience and Skills: Have at least 5 years of dedicated Business-to-Business marketing experience, showcasing a deep understanding of industry dynamics. Ideally have a track record of successfully managing diverse marketing teams, highlighting your leadership skills. Bring over 5 years of experience in a similar role, proving your expertise in driving effective marketing strategies ideally in a tech or Startup environment. Fluent proficiency in Spanish (native level) and English (both written and spoken) is essential for effective communication in our global setting. Demonstrate your expertise in crafting and executing marketing, communications, and PR activities, showcasing your strategic abilities. Show proficiency in crafting compelling press releases, delivering impactful presentations, and negotiating with media. Familiar with and good understanding of innovation matters such as artificial intelligence, robotics, machine learning, blockchain, and big data. Speak innovation language.
