Tasks
We're looking for a Head of Marketing with at least 5 years of experience in a similar leadership role within a consumer-facing startup.
This role demands a deep understanding of digital marketing, mobile marketing nuances , and the ability to manage substantial marketing budgets effectively.
Your Mission :
Strategic Leadership : Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing
strategy that encompasses user acquisition, paid traffic, referral programs, press relations campaigns, CRM, and social media initiatives.
Data driven decision making : Utilize analytics and data to guide strategy, measure performance, and identify growth opportunities.
Team Building and Management : Build, lead, and inspire a marketing team capable of executing ambitious marketing strategies and adapting to a fast-paced growth environment.
Market Expertise : Bring an in-depth understanding of the French market, with native proficiency in French and the capability to lead marketing efforts across multiple markets simultaneously.
Budget Management : Efficiently allocate and manage significant marketing budgets to maximize ROI and drive user growth.
Requirements

Proven experience in leading marketing in high-growth startups, with a portfolio of successful campaigns and initiatives that drove growth and user engagement.
A data-driven mindset with expertise in analytics tools and the ability to translate data insights into strategic actions.
Exceptional team leadership skills, with experience building and managing a high-performing marketing team.
Strong academic background, preferably from a top business school.
Native French speaker with excellent command of English, capable of strategizing and executing marketing campaigns in multiple markets.
