One of our clients, an important Fintech company, is looking for a Head of Marketing who will be responsible for marketing planning and execution in the Spanish market where you will have to manage high budgets and lead the marketing team.
Responsibilities :
- Plan and execute the go to market strategy in the Spanish market together with the Sales Director and Product Marketing Manager.
- Manage a large marketing budget ensuring return on investment.
- Design and implement different online and offline activities to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.
- Lead the content marketing team to create content that supports lead acquisition and product adoption.
- Manage and grow the partnership network in order to expand the company's positioning among stakeholders.
- Improve the quality of the website.
- Create, localize and optimize performance marketing campaigns together with the performance marketing team.
- Regular reporting on marketing performance.
- Vendor management.
Requirements :
- 4 years of experience in B2B marketing.
- Experience building a successful B2B marketing strategy in the Spanish market.
- Experience leading teams.
- Well organized and structured.
- Native Spanish and fluent English.
