As a Head of Operations, your role will be instrumental in shaping Vivara's unique ecosystem, dexterously navigating the world of apartment hunting, and making perfect matches between landlords and tenants.
With a strong focus on tailoring our approach to individual needs, we are determined to create a delightful rental experience for everyone and become the preferred choice in the premium rental market
You'll define and implement an effective way to filter and match candidates, as well as a method for managing the maintenance and incidents of the clients.
Define the vision and steps to ensure Vivara has the proper operational, administrative, people, and reporting systems in place, enabling effective growth, financial strength, and operational efficiency
Responibilities
- Create and implement strategic plans for tenant screening and matching and client maintenance and incidence
- Participate in strategy development to increase profitability, mitigate financial risks and increase economic value
- Provide timely, accurate and complete reports on the operating condition of the company
- Spearhead the development, communication and implementation of effective operational strategies
- Measure, report, and optimize all internal and external processes
- Provides day-to-day management to a service organization that mirrors the adopted mission and core values of the company
- Build and manage an operational team, striving for data-driven solutions and performance as well as a collaborative and values-focused culture
Requirements
- Experience establishing and scaling operations in a fast-growing and agile organization, ideally in Real State industry or a B2C environment
- Experience working with cross-disciplinary teams, with a track record in establishing safe, growth-focused, and diverse company culture across all levels
- Ability to streamline companywide internal and external operations, with experience driving organizational change and efficiency
- Proven leadership and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to deliver complex messages and solutions to internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to monitor and extract insights on operational goals and results, quickly identifying and actioning opportunities of improvement
- Curious, results-oriented and willing to questioning the status quo for the business and team benefit
- Excellent written / spoken Spanish and English skills
- Experience in Real Estate in the Spanish Market is a plus
