We are delighted to announce a compelling opportunity within our dynamic team for the position of International Talent Acquisition Specialist.
As an ideal addition to our Recruitment Team, you will seamlessly integrate your relevant recruitment experience, energy, and language proficiency.
Your key responsibilities will include collaborating with the Recruitment Team to achieve their bi-weekly goals and ensuring the contentment of various internal stakeholders.
Primarily, your focus will be on sourcing, attracting, recruiting, and hiring talent for our language-specific B2B Pre-Sales Agents (or Business Development Representatives).
Their primary responsibility is to generate leads through phone-based cold calling to companies in their respective markets.
Tasks
- Source, screen, and interview potential candidates using innovative and effective recruiting methods.
- Coordinate and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
- Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Participate in internal recruitment processes.
- Play an active part in onboarding new BNZSA employees.
- Being a BNZSA Brand Ambassador, aligning oneself with corporate interest, uphold BNZSA's four core values, and set a leadership example.
Requirements
Minimum requirements :
- Fluent English (written and oral) is a must.
- Fluency in Dutch, German, French, or Spanish.
- Min. 1-2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a fast-paced, international environment.
Nice-to-haves :
- Good command of any other language is considered a plus.
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent is a plus
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
- Knowledge of international recruitment practices is an advantage.
- Experience in sales, cold calling, or a similar field.
Other relevant qualities :
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive and resourceful with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
