This is a great opportunity to be part of a team responsible for assessing the staffing needs of the company and identifying and recruiting talented individuals to fill those needs.
How you’d spend your day :
- Work with hiring managers to assist with recruitment efforts.
- Work in the recruitment process from end-to-end, playing an active role in sourcing, selection and arranging interviews using key metrics and data to guide your decisions.
- Source candidates for immediate vacancies and our talent pools, using a variety of direct sourcing methods including; LinkedIn, Job Boards, Advertising, Social Media engagement, Networking and Employee Referrals
- Develop recruitment strategy. This may include job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, job board procurement, digital and non-digital employment marketing, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, talent planning, etc
- Evaluate applications, review resumes and complete initial phone interviews to establish a narrow candidate pool.
- Participate in employment events, such as career fairs.
- Track applicants from the selection phase through to on-boarding.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree Psychology, Human Resources, Business or equivalent education / years of experience.
- Minimum of 2 years recruiting experience in a company.
- C1 level of English. This will be assessed at interview.
