It Security Specialist (F/M)

What you will do

• You educate and raise awareness on our development community in Madrid, regarding good security coding practices, being the IT security advocate on site
• You review the state of monthly patching, ensure that all servers/vms have a patch schedule, handle with non conformaties like a VM cannot be patch (open JIRA, etc.)
• You steer implementation of network compartment, help implementing "Priviledge Access Management" across our infrastructure, and roll out server software depoyment strategy
• You lead the yearly Disaster Recovery Tests together with our providers and address our findings to its Applications Owners
• You periodically review Pen testers and also auditors findings and address them to different stakeholders and mitigate risk of remaining open points

What you bring & who you are

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or information security
• You bring 5+ years of experience in working on medium to large IT projects (with focus on IT In-frastructure security)
• You have a good understanding of web application protocols
• You are experienced with “Endpoint Detection & Response” and “Security Information and event management as well as with Microsoft Azure cloud on security perspective (API Management, App gateway, Security Center, etc.)
• You bring a solid knowledge of “Identity and Access Management” and modern authentication methods such as OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML
• Fluency in English, Knowledge of German is a plus
