The Customer Care cluster is situated in the Implementations unit within our CET (Customer Excellence Team) division with a truly diverse range of software and services.
We develop, sell, implement, support, and train our customers with software for payroll and HR processes.
The Customer Care cluster consists of 3 squads : Customer Care LE, Customer Care SME & Security Customer. The Security Support Engineer is part of Security Customer squad and is responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks related to security and access rights.
Tasks
Your main duties will be as follows :
- Creating new accounts and granting initial rights for SD Worx Customers
- Assigning and adjusting the access rights of external customers
- Providing support for problems related to access rights and logging into customer portals
- Monitoring and periodically checking access rights to sensitive applications and data
- Collaborating with audits on security reviews
- Setting up, managing, and distributing 2FA to customers
- Drawing up and keeping relevant procedures and documentation within the team
- Advising and supporting payroll advisors within the business divisions
- Assisting in the optimization, standardization, and simplification of security processes
Profile

- Be a fluent communicator who can communicate both orally and in writing in Dutch, French and English
