WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ️
- 3+ Years of experience
- Strong knowledge of Mac operating systems.
- Previous experience with tools such as ServiceNow and JIRA
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software applications, including Mac OS and Google Suite.
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems promptly to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with IT team members using ServiceNow and JIRA to implement new technologies and improve systems.
- Document and track support tickets, resolutions, and system configurations.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends for innovative solutions.
